You will not have to pay for anything out-of-pocket for your workers' compensation medication!
Enrolling as a patient
with EZ Scripts Pharmacy is easy! Enroll online at enroll@ezrxmeds.com, or call us at 443.290.6337. We also bill your insurance carrier directly!
Once EZ Scripts Pharmacy receives your enrollment information, we process your work comp prescription. We then overnight you your medication.
You will receive your work comp medication by way of UPS My Choice . We also verify that you received your medication within UPS's estimated delivery window.
