Enrolling as a patient
with EZ Scripts Pharmacy is easy! Enroll online iat enroll@ezrxmeds.com, or call us at 443.290.6337. We also bill your insurance carrier directly!
Once EZ Scripts Pharmacy receives your enrollment information, we process your prescription. We then overnight you your medication.
HOME DELIVERY
You will receive your work comp medication by way of FedEx Home Delivery. We also verify that you received your medication within FedEx's estimated delivery window.
