Once EZ Scripts Pharmacy receives your enrollment information, we process your work comp prescription. Minimize unnecessary delays with your prescriptions.
You will receive your work comp medication via UPS MyChoice delivery. Delivery to your home or local pick-up location. FedEx and USPS delivery available upon request.
